del apsauginiu filtru kreme...netiesa,kad 10 minuciu sauleje visi gali isbuti....tai priklauso nuo odos tipo,pvz mano oda yra tamsi,taigi as sauleje galiu nenudegti net 15 minuciu,o mano drauges yra balta oda,tad ji gali tik 5 minutes...vat pagal odos tipa ir tada nustatoma,kiek su kremu sauleje galima buti,pvz SPF 8,tai man-8x15=120,o mano draugei 8x5=40...va,cia as ne siaip sau parasiau,cia is kosmetologes seminaro.
